FEES (all fees should be paid on-line) Open gym and tryout fee $50. See below:
--Any girl ages 5th grade to 18 years old wishing to try out for a DVC travel volleyball team must sign-up online @ www.dynamitevolleyballclub.com
--Players trying out for a team should attend as many open gym dates as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Heather Minnis at [email protected]
-- Open gym & tryout FEE $50 (MUST REGISTER ON-LINE)—includes ALL open gyms & tryouts listed below. All open gyms and tryouts are at Dickson Middle School Gym.
**Must bring 1.) Signed SRVA registration www.srva.org (Click on yellow “Member Registration” tab at upper left. 2.) Signed Assumption of Risk form www.dynamitevolleyballclub.com (Click on “Tryout” tab)
**Coach Minnis will be available for information and questions in the DMS library from 6-7pm on Monday, October 15, 2018. Enter from doors down walkway next to gym doors.

A mandatory PARENT & PLAYER PAPERWORK TURN IN meeting and uniform fitting for those making a team and their parents will be on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6-7pm @ DMS Library
You will be contacted via text number and name provided at tryouts.
Dynamite teams paperwork--links on www.dynamitevolleyballclub.com-- Meeting on FRIDAY, November 2, 2018, at Dickson Middle School at 6 pm.
1.Travel Fee should be paid on-line before the meeting. Players and parents must bring the following:-signed DVC Handbook signature page
-2 page medical form (doesn’t have to be signed by a notary)
- signed conditioning waiver.
2.Players will have a uniform fitting and will be expected to enter all uniform information on-line by SUNDAY, November 4. Fees paid to the club are non-refundable except due to a season-ending injury or illness before the first scheduled tournament has been entered and uniforms ordered.
3. An athlete will not be allowed to participate in practices or tournaments until fees are paid in full.
4. All players will practice but making a team does not guarantee playing time. Players are expected to attend conditioning, practices, and tournaments unless there are extenuating circumstances.
5. NOT included-- playing time and travel expenses.
