#2 Players must print and bring a signed assumption of risk form
#3 Pay Tryout fee online through Paypal
#4 Players must complete her srva tryout membership and screenshot or print a copy to show Coach Minnis at tryouts.

*You must use the age calculator to determine the age team for which you will tryout. It is not the age you are currently. USE THE age definition sheet FOR THE 2023-2024 SEASON.

#3. You must pay THE $50 DVC TRYOUT FEE on-line.

Tryout fee must be paid on-line.

#4. BRING TO TRYOUTS. You must register and pay THE SRVA tryout membership at srva.org CLICK ON MEMBERSHIPS AT TOP OF PAGE THEN CLICK "New Members" or "Returning Members" AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. SRVA, USA Volleyball, and Sport Engine are working together. YOU WILL PAY AND PRINT OR SCREENSHOT YOUR tryout MEMBERSHIP CARD AND BRING IT TO TRYOUTS. Do not purchase a membership for the parent, only the added player.
