2022-2023 Full Membership and club assignment
All members who have accepted an offer to play DVC this season should have received an email from Sports Engine. Via the emails you receive, you will need to accept DVC as your club and follow the directions to purchase srva player full junior indoor membership (additional $45). This will link you to Coach Minnis' DVC account.
The full membership should be for the player only and use the player's info for purchase. This should be completed as soon as possible and before Nov 5.
Please text Coach Minnis if you have not received the email to join Dynamite from Sports Engine. Most were sent out on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 and Thursday morning, October 27.
ANY PLAYER 18 OR TURNING 18 DURING THE SEASON MUST ALSO COMPLETE SAFESPORT TO BE ELIGIBLE.
This should be completed as soon as possible(BEFORE NOV 5).
When a membership is purchased, members will not have the option of associating with a club at the time of purchase. There are two steps that will need to happen before members are affiliated with a club.
1. Invitation to the club directory - The club the member wishes to affiliate with must add the member to the club's member directory as the first step of the affiliation process. Once the club invites the member to the member directory, the member will receive an email to accept this invite.
2. Invitation to officially affiliate with the club - After the member has been added to the club's member directory, the club will send a second invitation and if the member accepts it, they will then be officially associated with that club for the duration of the season. This process must happen before a player or coach can be placed on a roster. An individual must have a membership before accepting this invitation. If the clubs send an invitation to someone without a current membership, the individual will be directed to purchase a membership before the association will be completed.
