#1. You must submit the PLAYER information BELOW (please make sure you click the submit button).
*You must use the age calculator to determine the age team for which you will tryout. It is not the age you are currently. USE THE age definition sheet FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON.

#2. BRING TO TRYOUTS. Bring a signed assumption of risk form to the tryout.

#3. You must pay THE $50 DVC TRYOUT FEE on-line.

#4. BRING TO TRYOUTS. You must register and pay THE SRVA tryout membership at srva.org CLICK ON MEMBERSHIPS AT TOP OF PAGE THEN CLICK "ALL MEMBERSHIPS" AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. SRVA, USA Volleyball, and Sport Engine are working together. YOU WILL PAY AND PRINT OR SCREENSHOT YOUR tryout MEMBERSHIP CARD AND BRING IT TO TRYOUTS. Do not purchase a membership for the parent, only the added player.
